FCRA Obligations

All users accessing or obtaining consumer information subject to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, (“FCRA”) from Verifent must have a permissible purpose as defined in the FCRA, Section 604 and consumer consent. All users of consumer reports must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
