At Verifent, we’ve spent years helping organizations verify employment, experience, and credentials with confidence. Along the way, we recognized something important:


Many of the professionals already inside the Verifent ecosystem have verified work history and credentials that organizations trust.


So we asked a simple question:


What if verified professionals and hiring organizations could discover each other — without changing how hiring already works?

That idea led to the Verifent Hiring Network (Beta).

What Is the Verifent Hiring Network?


The Verifent Hiring Network is a lightweight discovery layer built into the Verifent platform that connects:

  • Verified professionals who opt in to share their profile

  • Hiring organizations already using Verifent for DashHire verifications


Instead of replacing existing hiring systems, the Hiring Network simply adds visibility into verified talent.


Organizations can discover qualified professionals whose credentials and experience have already been validated — helping teams move faster while maintaining confidence in their hiring decisions.



Why We Built It


Many hiring platforms focus on volume.

But hiring isn’t just about seeing more candidates — it’s about trusting the

information behind them.


Organizations regularly face challenges such as:

K-12 Professionals can opt in to share a verified professional profile through the Verifent platform.


They remain fully in control of their visibility:

  • Turn profile sharing on or off at any time

  • Control who can see them

  • Block their current employer

  • Share verified experience and credentials


This privacy-forward approach allows professionals to explore opportunities without risking their current role.

For Hiring Organizations

Organizations using Verifent can explore a targeted pool of verified professionals.


They can:

  • Browse verified professional profiles

  • Extend reach beyond traditional job boards

  • Link candidates to their existing hiring process


Importantly, the Hiring Network does not replace applicant tracking systems or onboarding workflows. It simply helps organizations discover qualified professionals more efficiently.

There are:
