In partnership with IASPA, Verifent has introduced a streamlined process for obtaining Employment History Reviews on newly hired employees in accordance with the State of Illinois’ new Faith’s Law. If you are currently an IASPA member, you will receive a discount on this service for the first year of use. If you are not currently a member of IASPA, we would encourage you to become an IASPA member before advancing in this process.

Verifent’s Faith’s Law application released in June of 2023 and has been a fantastic success! Your district has likely encountered this application by either needing to gain an Employment History Review (EHR) on a new hire OR needing to fulfill an EHR on a former employee. Once both of your Hiring District and Former District accounts are set up with Verifent, this process will be become even more seamless for your district and employees and HR team!
Getting Started
We know you are busy serving your district, especially during the "busy season," so we have created a simple process for you to learn, register, and obtain training to ensure a smooth transition from a paper-based method to an electronic method.
